This organization's motto is: "How can you find the job of your dreams if you don't even know it exists?". H.E.L.P. takes at-risk and disabled youth and adults on visits to numerous active work sites around the city and the county. At these facilities, they get the hands-on experience which gives them first-hand knowledge in jobs that might spark their interest. Their motto: "How can you find the job of your dreams if you don't even know it exists?" is based on the concept that people learn best through experience.
